Hedenavond worden de WordPress sites op onze servers bijgewerkt naar versie 4.5.3
Het betreft niet alleen de reparatie van 17 bugs in versie 4.5, 4.5.1 en 4.5.2, maar bovenal de reparatie van veiligheidslekken in alle voorgaande versies!
Bent u klant van FDMstudio en laat u het onderhoud aan uw WordPress site door ons uitvoeren, dan hoeft u zelf geen actie te ondernemen!
Neemt u bij ons een WordPress hosting af zonder onderhoud, of laat u het onderhoud uitvoeren door derden, zorg dan dat u met spoed deze update uitvoert!
In de regel verlopen deze updates zonder problemen, maar mocht u nadien overhoopt toch onregelmatigheden tegenkomen dan verzoeken wij u ons dat te melden via een support-ticket op deze website.

This morning we are announcing details of a vulnerability in WordPress core that allows an attacker to bypass password protected posts. The WordPress core team has just released a fix for this vulnerability in WordPress 4.5.3. We recommend you upgrade at your earliest convenience.
On May 3rd we released a firewall rule to our Premium Wordfence customers that protected them from this vulnerability. On June 3rd this rule was also released to our free community Wordfence users. These rules have provided protection against this exploit since then.
